How to charge, step by step:

Authenticate Yourself

Use your CEME card (Mobility Energy Supplier card) or the provider’s mobile app (some allow QR code scanning at the station).

1

Plug In Your Vehicle

Choose the appropriate connector for your EV and select the plug. Plug the cable into your car.

2

Start the Charging Session

Tap your CEME card on the charger’s RFID reader or start the session through the provider’s app. Charging will begin once authentication is successful and the connection is secure.

3

Wait While Charging

You can monitor the charging progress through: the EV dashboard, the CEME provider’s app or the charger’s screen (if available).

4

End Charging

Once charging is complete (or when you wish to stop), end the session. To end session, tap your CEME card again on the charger or stop it via the app. Unplug the cable and return it to the holder.

5

Billing

You’ll receive an invoice from your CEME provider. The cost will be calculated based on charging time or energy consumed (kWh), charging power (normal vs fast/ultra-fast) and CEME provider’s pricing.

Real Stories from Real Drivers

New chargers, in perfect condition, and perform fast and efficient charging. I went without a battery and left with the car charged, recommended for anyone in the vicinity.

Miguel H.

Fully functional chargers, a new and improved REMO app, 100% recommended.

Laura M.

They work perfectly. In this location there are fast chargers and type 2. You have to download the REMO app and that’s it. It charges my plug-in hybrid at 6.37kW.
